SIGNATURE VERIFICATION

You are agreeing if signature verification is waived during checkout and shipment tracking shows as delivered, Decant House is therefore not liable for missing or stolen packages and no claims will be made on your behalf. It is advised that you choose signature verification if you feel your packages would be at risk of theft if left unattended.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

You are agreeing if shipment insurance is waived during checkout and your package is lost and undelivered, Decanrt House is therefore not liable and no claims will be made on your behalf. If the value of your order is high and you do not want to risk your package potentially being lost then you can select shipping insurance during checkout. We can only replace orders that have shipping insurance added to the order at the time of checkout.
