SHIPPING

1. 1. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for all shipments.
2. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends.
3. At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.
4. Please do not attempt to use an international forwarding service address for your order. We do not ship to forwarding addresses and your order will be canceled/refunded instantaneously.

RETURNS

1. Decants are not eligible for any returns.
2. Full Retail Bottles may be returned for full refund provided they are unused/unopened and the manufacturers seal has not been removed.
3. Full Retail Bottles which have had the manufacturers seal removed and contain all of the fragrance inside may be returned for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. The item is no longer new when the manufacturers seal is removed and we are unable to sell the fragrance for the full price.
4. Shipping cost for any return will not be refunded.

The decants we create are hand decanted from original and authentic frageances into smaller bottles which are professionally labeled. All retail packaged fragrances which samples are decanted from are purchased from authroized distributors or from the fragrance house directly.***
