Decanted Sample of La Nuit De L'Homme EDT by Yves Saint Laurent

I really didn't know how to feel about this one at first as it came off very powdery which I am really not a fan of. I went back to it a couple of days later and liked it more, then the next day even more with the powdery note getting less and less noticeable.  I'm relatively new to this whole world so I don't know what or why this happened but man do I feel sexy now when I spray this on and will be in the market for a bottle soon.

Classy scent - YSL hit a home run with this one! Give it a try.

It may be me but I get a strong baby powder opening which is strange because I have not heard anyone mention this before.  It gets sweeter on drydown and spicy notes show up to accompany the lavender.  I feel it could be amazing but something is missing or perhaps it's that baby powder that randomly comes back to ruin the experience.  

This is a classic scent for men that is more versatile than you might think.

Warm and slightly spicy, but not overpowering.

To me it smells sharp and slightly sweet. Smells like a handsome guy. Lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin. But, just not for me. Would probably smell great on someone else though.

No problems at all with the fragrence itself, it smells fine. Just projects poorly and becomes a skin scent for me very quickly.

Always loved this scent. It was very popular in in the early 2010's and still great today. Soft and sweet.

This is a gorgeous fragrance, warm and sensual. It opens up with a sweet fresh spice and warm spicey notes in the background then dry down is sweet creamy and woody. The lavender, cardamom and coumarin notes are dominant in this perfume. The performance is average, La Nuit de l'Homme is perfect for a date night situation. I really enjoy it!

This is a great date night fragrance, I wish it lasts a little longer but I’ve gotten more compliments with this than most other colognes!

I'm definitely going to buy a full bottle. Class, sexy, and versatile. It works for work, running errands, a night out, anything! True that it doesn't have the longest performance but everything else is 10/10.

I got the sample while a lady friend was over and she wanted to take it home herself.
I've heard projection/longevity is an issue for some so I threw on 6-7 sprays before going out and it worked. I'm not sure what it is about this fragrance but women tend to take notice. Wasn't sure 'til I sampled it... bought a bottle that night.

The best flanker from this release. An easy blind buy. Smells so good. I always put a little on my arm so I can smell it throughout the day. Very smooth and sexy smell. Not too sweet or overpowering. I do not believe it is in the notes but I tend to get a slight fresh tobacco smell on my skin that I love. Not a dirty smoky tobacco smell but the unsmoked fresh tobacco leaves smell.

Easy to wear, great performance and suitable for lots of situations. Easily one I'd wear for regular occasions.

Really liked this fragrance it was very fresh and lasted a long time.
