Decanted Sample of The One Luminous Night by Dolce & Gabbana

It’s like the designer version of Initio’s Side Effect. A bit more synthetic almost in a good way. Much better performance than The One EDP. This is by far the best flanker.

I thought that this fragrance would be overhyped, and the smell would be alright at best as a flanker. I was wrong though, this smells absolutely fantastic. It's very woody, spicy, and aromatic, and I recommend it 100%.

I heard so many good things unfortunately didn't live up to the hype. The original parfum is the best.

With all the hype this got I was hoping the scent would blow me away, but it’s just a very sweet profile. Not bad, but not great.

It's cozy warm fresh sweet and slightly smokey. Brighter than The One EDP so I  really enjoy it for Spring as well just not for high heat.

The date sweetness really rounds this one out and elevates the dna, def best in the line

Really nicely balanced sweet scent. The dates note makes it stand apart from classic sweet designer scents. As dense and powerful as some of my niche scents.

Dried dates, smoky incense, sandalwood and amber is what I get. Longevity is great, around 7h+. Projection & sillage is noticeable but not crazy after the initial spray. A perfect oriental fragrance for anyone that doesn’t like that spicy/deep cloying feel that comes with most of them.

Sweet, sensual and sexy. At first, smelling the original The One I was slightly disappointed by the fact that it felt so similar to Gucci Envy but added a somewhat unnecessary sweet twist. Over time the sweetness has grown on me and thank God it has because Luminous Nights is The One, but even sweeter. That sweetness is not unearned nor is it played out like a lot of modern men's fragrances. The date note is what I imagine is the main source of the sweetness but it adds so much depth and the more tannin-y fruity note works so well with the incense note which replaces the tobacco note in the EDP version. It smells luxurious and calming yet also fresh and exciting. If you liked The One EDP, then 90% you will like this as much or more. Definitely one of if not my favorite all time fragrance.

This is the best of the 3 exclusive edition flankers in my opinion. & that's a huge compliment because I don't consider any of them to be at all bad. I love them all for different reasons, but this one is special. If you took The One EDP & turned up the spice, threw in a little black pepper, & added a unique sweet date note you'd get this incredible scent. & it lasts longer & projects more than The One EDP. I got about 8-10 hours & a decent 3-4 feet of projection. I never thought I'd find a flanker that could actually compete with The One EDP, but this one is definitely up there for me.

This is very good, "sticky" is the best way to describe the sweetness, with tobacco. Honestly I think it's a little bit overhyped but it's still very good. Lasts pretty long relatively speaking, could def see this as a perfect date night fragrance, especially in the fall.

Extremely unique smell while still being pleasant to the the general public. Had a dark sweetness. Lasts a long time and projects well too.

Very similar to the original ONE EDP with more of Syrupy sweetness and nice smoky vibe to it. Excellent performance and would prefer Luminous night to the original, if you can find it. Less intense than Royal Night but that makes this more versatile

The best one in The One flankers! Not that spicy and very mild oud, if any. Definitely more mature than the rest.

By far the best out The One line nice and sweet but not overly sweet.

It's a really nice looking blue bottle, but it's not a blue fragrance.  Not that blue bottles HAVE to be blue fragrances, but maybe it's just me.  I wasn't really a fan of this one.  If you are a fan of the original One by D&G you will really like this one!
