Decanted Sample of Ani by Nishane

A very good but unique blend of sweetness, lemon, and vanilla. Performance is also great with loud projection.

Great vanilla cinnamon scent. Light and airy but is still strong. Not my favorite vanilla scent, but still great.

Opens up really nice and pretty, starts going into a floral sunscreen of sorts. A woody floral, kinda like a candle. As it settles it becomes a waxy cinnamon vanilla. Not for me sadly.

With all the other high praises, I can tell that this just is a scent not for me. While others love it, I unfortunately do not.  Too incense smelling, but not blended correctly.

Ani blows away the other vanilla scents I grabbed decants of. Price and hype wise this is what i was expecting Layton to be like instead of a vick vaporub followed by boring flat vanilla.

Ani is one of the few frags that i can really smell the individual notes listed. It opens very green and herby but without the harsh menthol like Layton. There is a noticable peppery note that might be a no go for some people but i find it interesting. 15-20 min in the vanilla and the rose start coming out. It's not a heavy sweet scent like some others in this DNA but a smooth high quality vanilla with the sandalwood backing it up. Longevity wise i spray lightly with just 1-2 on my chest because i work in an office with people who don't care for strong scents but i can still smell it pretty clearly by the end of the day so if you spray for projection/sillage you will probably be pretty happy with this one.

A very nice light citrus and vanilla scent. More powdery vanilla than I was expecting, not as gooey.

This fragrance grew on me over time, vanilla and lemon are the most prominent. Great longevity around 7-9 hours. If you like gourmand vanilla fragrances, I recommend you give this a try!

Ani is a straight vanilla bomb. Longevity is at least 8 hours on my skin and you can smell it for two days on your clothes if you spray clothes. This is a true niche vanilla smell not synthetic smelling and is perfect for winter time and cold weather

it smells good, nice spicy vanilla.

Very strong and very robust fruit opening, with a sweet vanilla dry down. It gave me thoughts of creamsicle ice cream during the majority of my wear time. Not something I would stock up for myself, but it performs incredibly well if you're looking for a sweeter scent.

This is a delicious spicy vanilla that smells incredible, and the longevity on this is at least 8-10 hours on my skin.

I loved this scent as it starts off as a spicy vanilla and then a richer vanilla scent in the dry down. This thing lasts a very long time on my skin 12+ hours for me. So, if you are into sweeter niche vanilla scents this might be up your alley.

This opens really sweet dark cherry and transforms into a bit fougere. I didn't like the intense cherry sweetness in the beginning, but the drydown was pleasantly woodsy and fresh.

Maybe it’s because I’m not used to niche fragrances, but I didn’t really like it.  Although it could change later on.

Don’t get me wrong, this smells great. I was expecting something out of this world with all the hype/reviews I’ve seen. It’s a very good vanilla fragrance that isn’t overly sweet or cloying. Absolutely a cold weather scent. I think it’d be great during the fall or winter months.

Simply intoxicating. This is one of the best vanilla, ginger and bergomot fragrances I have ever smelled. I immediately ordered a full bottle after testing this for two days.
