Decanted Sample of Homme Cologne 2022 by Christian Dior

Dior Homme 2022 would be a 5/5 in my book if the performance was better. Really could only pick up the scent for like 2-3 hours. The musk isn’t as overpowering as I expected so that’s a plus for me.

Opens up so citrusy that it reminds me of lemon pledge, it is not synthetic but it is a punchy citrus and I do not get many other notes. As it settles it keeps the citrusy smell with a faint masculine musky backbone. I would say it would be great fragrance for the gym.

Although performance is bad, the scent is so good you cant spray enough, highly reccomend you get a portable spray if you buy a bottle. Smells like a super fresh sunkist, I think the notes say lemon but all I smell is Orange Soda with breezy fresh scent to round it out. If you like this i highly reccomend giving Una Tira Altra by Hilde Soliani a try, it smells like cherry soda with hints of lime, alot sweeter and less fresh than DHC though. Replica On A Date is also a great similar scent, instead of orange and cherry this one is superripe grapes with champagne and rose notes

This smells just like an orange peel, good but not the best

This is a very citrusy scent, but not as good as YSL Y Eau Fraiche or Chanel Allure Edition Blanche.

All I get is overly synthetic lemon and faint grass clippings. It's a zingy citrus, but of the artificial variety. If you have issues with these types of notes like I do, maybe avoid this one, or buy a small sample first. I expected more from Dior, but a lot of people seem to love it.

Fresh, crisp realistic citrus, musky and spicy/ floral fragrance. As the name suggest this is a cologne, longevity will be max 4h, so I suggest reapplying throughout the day.

This is one of my all time favorite fragrances. This smells so fresh. Literally smells like a chilled glass of lemon iced tea in the best way. Performance is lacking, but I can overlook that due to how good it smells.
