Decanted Sample of Millesime Imperial by Creed

I find this as a classy fall/winter frag contrary to popular belief.  It stays interestingly woodsy behind the florals which seem to attach to the citrus and win.  If you are not into iris this may fall short (which may be why I feel it's for cooler weather) I don't really get the bergamot coming through. I can see people loving this and definitely has a place... just not in my collection.    

Beautiful sea salty fresh summer fragrance. This is really awesome. A creed I would actually wear. (Just keep in mind the dry down has the typical creed fuzziness in the smell. If you don't like that, you probably won't enjoy this.)

Salty melon aquatic. As refreshing as it is short lived

The opening is excellent - maximally fruity and salty. Unfortunately the fragrance only lasts about 2-3 hours.

For some reason this hit a very nostalgic note for me that reminded me of this Japanese bookstore I used to go to as a kid. It's fruity but I'm not able to pick out a specific type of fruit and the woody musk makes it feel more mature and refined as opposed to some of the louder fruity scents that are out there.  It's not a big projector and lasted only for a couple of hours. I'll enjoy having my decant for a trip into nostalgia every so often but won't be pursuing this one any further.

Good scent, good quality, smells fruity a little salty, took off a star because it doesn't smell modern.

Creed always delivers and Millesime is one of my favorite scents. This came to me packaged very well and the product smells very fresh. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Ive tried around 4 Creed fragrances and I have loved all of them. This one is unique. Can’t think of anything to compare it to. Fresh and uplifting. It is a very weak scent. 4 stars for that reason.
